TRANSPORT PRE-APPLICATION FEASIBILITY STUDIES & MASTER PLANNING

We work closely with Master Planners and Architects ensuring that all transport modes are catered for at the earliest stage of scheme design.

We undertake Pre-application Studies to identify transport access options enabling our clients to evaluate the development potential of their proposals:

• Land ownership and highway boundary records are checked to determine whether highway design requirements can be achieved.

• Manual for Streets and the Design Manual for Roads and Bridges are used to determine visibility criteria.
