TRANSPORT ASSESSMENTS AND TRANSPORT STATEMENTS

Transport Assessments are undertaken to provide detailed analysis of road capacity, public transport, cycle and pedestrian accessibility. Transport Statements are designed for smaller scale developments and are generally less detailed. Both identify transport solutions and enable planning approvals. In advance of commencing the detailed work we prepare Pre-application Statements / Scoping Studies and consult with the Highway Authority to agree parameters early in the planning process.
